County recording jurisdiction fees for certified copy costs will be in addition to the research fee. Each recording jurisdiction across the country has varied per page certified copy fees. We cannot anticipate the exact amount the county will charge without knowing the exact number of pages of the document you are requesting. You will be given an estimate of these charges at the time you place your order based on our best estimation of a slightly higher than average number of pages and the specific county costs for the document type you selected. After your document has been ordered and received, the ACTUAL amount charged by the recording jurisdiction will be charged in place of the estimated copy costs. In most cases, the charge will be lower than the estimated fees. The final amount charged to your credit card will not exceed 15% of the estimated total for your order.
