How It Works
Once you submit the order for your documents, the Express Retrieval Team goes to work! We will research records in the appropriate recording office where the property is located to search and obtain the documents you requested.
Our various research methods include:
1) Public and private database and image repository resources
2) Phone calls to recording offices
3) Ordering documents directly from the counties
4) In many jurisdictions, sending a person to physically go into the recording office for you to search through public records and obtain copies of documents
Flat nationwide research fee as low as $29.95 per search for non-certified copies and $39.95 for clerk certified copies. (Any applicable tax, shipping or county copy fees are additional.)
Throughout the process statuses will be updated to your online account so you can easily track the progress of the order. Once the documents are obtained they will be imaged and posted to the website for you to view. Any certified copies would then be mailed to you according to your delivery preference.
Documents found to be not of record with the recording jurisdiction will be reported back to you with all applicable details. We utilize our extensive county research experience and long-term relationships with county recording offices to provide the best results available.
